Festival Turina 2011 offers master classes of individual instruments, chamber music, workshops for piano technicians, string orchestra, workshops for the string students, chamber music for woodwinds, and participation in 3 concerts for the participants of the master classes and groups from the community of Andalucía. All the artists of the Festival offer master classes and take active part as members of the string orchestra, both leading sections and as soloists.
OPTION 1: 220€
Individual classes + String orchestra + all activities mentioned under INFORMATION/Tuition Fee.
Strings minimum 2 indidvidual classes + orchestra. Winds and piano 3 individual classes.
OPTION 2: 150€
String orchestra + all activities mentioned under Tuition Fee. Double bass players are encouradged to apply.

String ensembles (duos, trios, quintets, sextets): Members of the KUSS Quartett
Piano solo or Chamber groups with piano: Ieva Jokubaviciute, Daniel del Pino, Benedicte Palko

STRING ORCHESTRA : (violin, viola, cello, doublebass)
As an active member of the master classes, it is obligatory to form part of the string orchestra.
***It is possible to apply only for participation in the stringorchestra and the Festival´s other activities without individual classes (Option 2).
PROGRAM: Couperin: Piéces en concert (soloist Julian Steckel), Turina: Oración del Torero, Hindemith Trauermusik (soloist James Dunham), Tchaikovsky: Serenade.
The string orchestra will perform without a conductor, but several of the invited artists will form part of the orchestra leading groups: Gordan Nikoliç, Oliver Wille, James Dunham, William Coleman, Mikayel Hakhnazaryan and Julian Steckel.
